QUALITY POLICY

The African Higher School of Information and Communication Technologies (ESATIC) is a national public institution of an administrative nature for higher education. Its essential missions are training and research in the digital sector (ICT).

To successfully carry out its missions in a context marked by accelerated digital transformation, ESATIC reaffirms its ambition to become «A Pole of Excellence for Digital and the Digital World in Africa by 2030».

In accordance with the requirements of the ISO 9001:2015 standard and in line with its 2026-2030 strategic development plan, ESATIC is committed to implementing an ambitious quality approach based on continuous improvement, stakeholder satisfaction, and the constant pursuit of excellence.

The ESATIC quality policy is perfectly aligned with its strategic plan, the objectives of which are as follows:

To achieve this, the present quality policy must be understood, shared, and accepted by all personnel.

I strongly reaffirm my commitment to ensuring the availability of resources to fully satisfy our learners and relevant stakeholders, in compliance with the applicable legal, regulatory, and statutory requirements for our field of activity, and to maintain an approach based on risk and opportunity management.

I am also committed to creating conditions for staff motivation, taking into account available resources and the general interest, while preserving an ethical and healthy work environment.

Periodic management reviews will be conducted to ensure the continuous improvement of the Quality Management System.

To this end, I expect the entire dynamic and transformative force of ESATIC, which consists of the staff, to fully embrace the quality policy in carrying out its activities, while respecting our values: Excellence, solidarity, equity, dialogue, and well-done work.
