QUALITY POLICY

L’Ecole Supérieure Africaine des Technologies de l’Information and Communication ( ESATIC ), is a national public establishment of an administrative nature for higher education, created by decree N°2012-20 of January 18, 2012. ESATIC is placed under the administrative supervision of the Ministry in charge of the digital economy. Its creation reflects the desire of the State of Côte d'Ivoire to build our country's emergence with competent human capital in the field of Telecommunications/ICTs. Its core mission is to provide training and research in the ICT sector, both nationally and internationally.

Po ensure its missions, positioning and international influence, the General Manager's vision is to «Make ESATIC a center of excellence in the ICT sector by 2025», by implementing a sound managerial and organizational policy that is both appropriate and scalable.

An order to achieve this vision and good governance, the General Manager is committed to building and deploying a Quality Management System (QMS) in line with the ISO 9001 version 2015 standard, with a view to certification.

The General Manager's commitment is reflected in the development of a quality policy based on the following principles:

To achieve this, the quality policy must be understood, shared and accepted by all staff.

From now on, customers will be at the heart of our business, so we can be sure of listening to them, showing them consideration and working to meet their requirements.

I am committed to ensuring the availability of the resources required to satisfy our customers and other relevant stakeholders, and to deploying an approach based on risk and opportunity management.

Periodic management reviews will be carried out to assess the need to modify our Quality Management System, including our quality policy and objectives.

To this end, I expect all ESATIC staff to be totally committed and involved in implementing the quality policy for ISO 9001 version 2015 certification, in keeping with our values of excellence, solidarity, fairness, discipline and hard work.

 

To date, ESATIC is ISO 9001 version 2015 certified.
