The Ivorian team 𝐒𝐡𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐱𝐑𝐨𝐨𝐭 took 1st place in the prestigious cybersecurity competition, at the 𝐥'𝐄𝐂𝐎𝐖𝐀𝐒 𝐂𝐓𝐅 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟒 grand final held in Abuja, Nigeria, from October 14 to 16, 2024.

The competition, organized by ECOWAS in collaboration with Nigeria's National Information Technology Development Agency (NITDA), aims to encourage innovation with a view to boosting West Africa's digital economy.

Bringing together 44 young technophiles from 11 ECOWAS member states and Mauritania, this annual hackathon provides a platform for young talent to showcase their cybersecurity skills and develop solutions to emerging technological challenges.
