The New Year's greetings ceremony for Mr Djibril OUATTARA, Minister of Digital Transition and Technological Innovation, was held on Monday February 16, 2026 at the Postel 2001 Abidjan-Plateau building.
On this occasion, the structures under the Ministry's supervision, represented by their various General Managers accompanied by their respective delegations, sent their best wishes to Minister Djibril OUATTARA in a speech delivered by the General Manager of the Autorité de Régulation des Télécommunications de Côte d'Ivoire (ARTCI), Mr. Lakoun OUATTARA.
In his speech, he expressed their wishes for health, success and achievement in carrying out the Ministry's missions, while reaffirming their commitment to working for the development of the digital sector in Côte d'Ivoire.
The ceremony was marked by the presentation of gifts to Minister Djibril OUATTARA.
In his closing address, Minister Djibril OUATTARA expressed his deep gratitude for these expressions of esteem and trust. He praised the commitment and professionalism shown by the various structures, while reaffirming his desire to work in perfect collaboration with all stakeholders and partners.
However, he made it clear that his commitment would be resolutely to implement the objectives entrusted to him by the President of the Republic, His Excellency Alassane OUATTARA, with determination, responsibility and a sense of duty, in order to achieve the expected results in the service of the nation.
