As part of the activities of October Rose, a month dedicated to the fight against breast cancer, the’ESATIC organized 𝐮𝐧𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐟𝐞́𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐝𝐞 𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐬𝐮𝐫 𝐥𝐚 𝐩𝐫𝐞́𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐝𝐞 𝐜𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐫 𝐬𝐞𝐢𝐧 this Wednesday, October 15, 2025 at 2:30pm, in the presence of the General Secretary, Doctor Pamela YOBOUE, all staff and students.
Hosted by Dr. SANGARÉ Hassan, 𝐦𝐞́𝐝𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐧 𝐜𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞́𝐫𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐠𝐮𝐞 𝐞𝐭 𝐬𝐩𝐞́𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐞 𝐞𝐧 𝐨𝐧𝐜𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐠𝐢𝐞 𝐦𝐞́𝐝𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥𝐞, this meeting reinforced the ESATIC community's knowledge of preventive measures, risk factors and, above all, the importance of early detection.

The conference concluded with an interactive question-and-answer session, enabling participants to deepen their understanding and ask concrete questions about prevention, screening and available treatments.
Through this initiative, the’ESATIC reaffirms its commitment to promoting women's health and well-being, and is fully committed to the Pink October campaign. The conference was a great opportunity to learn, raise awareness and mobilize against a scourge that can be defeated through information and prevention.
