The New Year's greetings ceremony for Mr Djibril OUATTARA, Minister of Digital Transition and Technological Innovation, was held on Monday February 16, 2026 at the Postel 2001 Abidjan-Plateau building.
A cette occasion, Les structures sous tutelle du ministère, représentées par leurs différents Directeurs Généraux accompagnés de leurs délégations respectives, ont adressé leurs vœux les meilleurs à Monsieur le Ministre Djibril OUATTARA par un discours porté par le Directeur Général de l’Autorité de Régulation des Télécommunications de Côte d’Ivoire (ARTCI), monsieur Lakoun OUATTARA.
In his speech, he expressed their wishes for health, success and achievement in carrying out the Ministry's missions, while reaffirming their commitment to working for the development of the digital sector in Côte d'Ivoire.
The ceremony was marked by the presentation of gifts to Minister Djibril OUATTARA.
In his closing address, Minister Djibril OUATTARA expressed his deep gratitude for these expressions of esteem and trust. He praised the commitment and professionalism shown by the various structures, while reaffirming his desire to work in perfect collaboration with all stakeholders and partners.
However, he made it clear that his commitment would be resolutely to implement the objectives entrusted to him by the President of the Republic, His Excellency Alassane OUATTARA, with determination, responsibility and a sense of duty, in order to achieve the expected results in the service of the nation.
