{"id":14385,"date":"2026-05-12T12:24:39","date_gmt":"2026-05-12T12:24:39","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/esatic.ci\/?p=14385"},"modified":"2026-05-12T12:24:39","modified_gmt":"2026-05-12T12:24:39","slug":"foad-esatic-2026-2028-a-shared-vision-for-the-future-of-distance-learning","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/esatic.ci\/en\/foad-esatic-2026-2028-a-shared-vision-for-the-future-of-distance-learning\/","title":{"rendered":"FOAD \u2013 ESATIC 2026-2028: A SHARED VISION FOR THE FUTURE OF DISTANCE LEARNING"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>As part of the modernization of higher education in C\u00f4te d'Ivoire and the implementation of the <strong>National Digital Skills Development Strategy (SNDCN)<\/strong> at the horizon 2030, the\u2019<strong>ESATIC<\/strong>, under the authority of the Ministry of Digital Transition and Technological Innovation, organized a strategic seminar from May 7 to 9, 2026, in Jacqueville on the <strong>Open and Distance Learning<\/strong> (<strong>Fuck off and die<\/strong>For three days, participants worked together toward a common goal: to concertedly build the detailed action plan and the provisional budget for the project. <strong>FOAD-ESATIC 2026\u20132028<\/strong>, in line with the ambitions of <strong>SNDCN<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The opening ceremony was marked by several speeches. The Director General of ESATIC, the <strong>Professor KONAT\u00c9 Adama<\/strong>, presented the strategic vision of the project <strong>Fuck off and die<\/strong> while highlighting its importance in transforming the institution and improving access to quality training for a greater number of learners. The contributions of the Vice-President of UVCI, <strong>Professor Kouame Fernand<\/strong>, in charge of Pedagogy, as well as the representative of the\u2019<strong>AUF<\/strong>,<strong> Doctor N'Guessan Alain Hugues Olivier<\/strong>, expert in techno-pedagogy and online training, also enriched the discussions with their experience in distance learning.<\/p>\n<p>Throughout the seminar, participants, divided into thematic workshops, favored a practical, participatory approach focused on concrete results.<\/p>\n<p>At the close of the workshops and plenary presentations, several recommendations were adopted.
