As part of the modernization of higher education in C\u00f4te d'Ivoire and the implementation of the National Digital Skills Development Strategy (SNDCN)<\/strong> at the horizon 2030, the\u2019ESATIC<\/strong>, under the authority of the Ministry of Digital Transition and Technological Innovation, organized a strategic seminar from May 7 to 9, 2026, in Jacqueville on the Open and Distance Learning<\/strong> (Fuck off and die<\/strong>For three days, participants worked together toward a common goal: to concertedly build the detailed action plan and the provisional budget for the project. FOAD-ESATIC 2026\u20132028<\/strong>, in line with the ambitions of SNDCN<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The opening ceremony was marked by several speeches. The Director General of ESATIC, the Professor KONAT\u00c9 Adama<\/strong>, presented the strategic vision of the project Fuck off and die<\/strong> while highlighting its importance in transforming the institution and improving access to quality training for a greater number of learners. The contributions of the Vice-President of UVCI, Professor Kouame Fernand<\/strong>, in charge of Pedagogy, as well as the representative of the\u2019AUF<\/strong>, Doctor N'Guessan Alain Hugues Olivier<\/strong>, expert in techno-pedagogy and online training, also enriched the discussions with their experience in distance learning.<\/p>\n

Throughout the seminar, participants, divided into thematic workshops, favored a practical, participatory approach focused on concrete results.<\/p>\n

At the close of the workshops and plenary presentations, several recommendations were adopted. This seminar especially helped to strengthen buy-in for the project. Forget About All That, Eat Shit<\/strong>C 2026\u20132028<\/strong> and to develop a common vision on strategic directions, priority actions, and implementation mechanisms.<\/p>\n

The participants welcomed the vision put forth by the\u2019ESATIC<\/strong> and reaffirmed their commitment to actively contribute to the success of this project, considered an important step for the development of digital higher education in C\u00f4te d'Ivoire.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
